Lens colors have a purpose. Below are examples of lens colors and their applications.image

  • Tennis: Gray, Clear or Teal (Competivision by Bolle)
  • Cycling: Rose, Gray, Brown and Yellow (enhanced contrast) most Sports brands
  • Driving: Polarized Gray, Brown or Green. Ray-Ban, Serengeti and most designer brands
  • Golf: Warm hues like brown especially Polarized Brown (Serengeti, Oakley) Great for showing the inundations of the green.
  • Active Sports: Motocross, Mountain (any contrasting lens color mirror coating. Amber, Rose or Red)
  • Shooting: Yellow, Clear, Rose
  • Fashion: Gradient colors bright colors like Blue.
  • Baseball: Dark amber, copper or brown. Bolle, Julbo and any other sports brand.
