New production technology of these high performance night vision tubes has resulted in improved performance standards for resolution and signal to noise specifications. Typical specifications for these IIT Night Vision Tubes are 51-64 lp/mm resolution and 18-24 signal to noise ratio.
Battle-proven technology of ATN Night Vision Goggles PVS7 DP includes automatic brightness control (ABC) which automatically adjusts the brightness of the image tube to achieve the highest quality image resolution under varying light conditions. This ATN Night Vision incorporates an IR Illuminator with a momentary and continuous on switching function. Infrared operation and low battery indicators are displayed within the user's field of view.
