order here. Keep in mind that your order will not show up in this Order Status
system for at least 24 hours after you have placed your
order.

of our shipping Frequently Asked Questions:
1. How do
I know if my order has shipped?
When your order ships,
you will receive an email from EyewearPlanet.com with the tracking
information for your package. If you have not received an email,
your order will be sent shortly and you'll receive an email moments
after it's shipped. If you do not receive an email after 3-4
business days from placing the order, you can contact us
sales@eyewearplanet.com.
2. I didn't get an email and it's
been more than 3 business days since I placed my order, what
happened?
There are several reasons why this might have
happened: A) You may not have actually finished placing the order in
the first place. If you didn't get an email confirming the order and
you didn't get an order number after checkout you may not have
actually placed the order. Double check your email for an order
confirmation from EyewearPlanet.com. B) Your order shipped and we
sent out an email, but the email address you provided with your
order was either invalid or blocked. C) Your order may have been
delayed. While 99% of our orders ship out within 1-3 business days
(most ship within 24 hours) a few orders may be delayed for a short
period of time for unusual circumstances. If you have placed an
order within the last 3 days, and haven't received an email telling
you that your order shipped, hold tight for a little longer and
you'll get that email within the next 24 hours.
3) I got
an email with my tracking number, how do I check the location of my
package?
You can always check the status of your package
on the UPS website. Your email should have a clickable link you can press to go to the UPS website for more
info on your package.
4. I tried to check the status
of my package on your website but there isn't any info available.
Why?
Your order will take anywhere from 24-48 hours to
enter our online order tracking system. Keep in mind also that the
order status system in still in beta-mode. If your order does not
show up in the system, that does not mean that we have not received
your order. It either has not been loaded into the program or has
not been updated to the website. It will shortly. Please Check back
in a few hours.

UPS
After you place an order and after your order is shipped, we will send you
an e-mail confirmation. To track your order just click on the link contained
in your e-mail confirmation. Alternatively, if you already have a UPS
tracking number, you can type in your tracking number below. If you need to
inquire about an order that has already been shipped via
UPS, you can
contact them directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS.
Once your order has been shipped via
UPS please try to track your order
at least every other day to keep yourself informed of its current status. If
you see the tracking information indicates your package has been delivered
to a section of your home such as the front door, rear door, side door or
garage and you can't find it, please check all around the delivery area.
Sometimes small packages are not easily visible and can be hidden behind or
inside flower pots, underneath cars, or in some cases inside bushes.
Shipping Delays
If your order was shipped via any UPS service and you see from the tracking
information that it is taking longer than expected to arrive (i.e. package
left in UPS facility or package incorrectly routed), please let us know via
e-mail so we can inform UPS of the problem.
